Contact us with a description of the issue with your image intensifier tube/NVD.
Upon shipping us your intensifier, we will perform function tests and you will receive an evaluation of the issues found as well as a quote for repair. If you decide against a repair, you will be charged a $50 diagnostic fee that will otherwise be credited towards the service cost.
Upon approval, we carry out the required service using methods appropriate to the assembly, including repackaging or repotting as needed, followed by functional testing.
Your repaired equipment is shipped back via insured carrier with full tracking.
